Rajkumar Sharma got higher marks because he gave wrong documents for godown land and was given full 25 marks in infrastructure category. RTI information revealed that the land for constructing godown in Sector 55 NOIDA was given illegally to Rajkumar by BPCL officials after allotment of the LPG agency.
